HDIL to acquire Eveready Ind property for Rs 115 cr
New Delhi, Aug 29 (UNI) Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) today said it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eveready Industries Ltd for purchase of 15 acres of property at New Mumbai for Rs 115 crores.
Subject to necessary approvals the transaction will be effected in stages over a period of time, HDIL said in a statement.
