One killed, another injured as train rams into car

Ludhiana, Aug 28 (UNI) A local resident was killed and another injured when a Ferozpur bound passenger train rammed into their car at the unmanned railway crossing between Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar here this evening, police said.

The deceased was identified as Yograj (25). The injured was admitted to the DMC hospital here.

The departure of the train for Ferozpur was delayed by an hour.
