FCG India partners with Axicos of Switzerland

Bangalore, Aug 28 (UNI) FCG India, a city-based Software Services and Healthcare IT leader and a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Consulting Group (FCG), today announced a strengthened presence in Europe through a partnership with Axicos, a Switzerland-based solutions and services company.

Under the partnership, Axicos would serve as the local front-end interface for companies in Europe, leveraging FCG India's strength in global offshore development, while facilitating FCG India's expansion to a new geographic footprint, FCG India said in a release here.

''This partnership enables FCG India to enhance our work with European firms,'' FCG India Vice-President of Technology and Chief Operating Officer Vadeesh Budramane said.

''Our European clients will benefit from the combined attraction of a local presence in Europe with development centres in India,'' he added.

FCG India would leverage its ten years of expertise in Outsourced Product Development to service Axicos by developing and supporting Axicos' entire product line, including its flagship product 'Carizma' - a contract management system.
