Usha Martin, UK subsidiary acquires De Ruiter

New Delhi, Aug 27: Wire rope manufacturer Usha Martin Ltd today said its UK-based subsidiary has completed the buyout of Netherlands-based distribution company De Ruiter Staalkabel BV.

''The acquisition will enable the company and the subsidiaries to grow further in Europe,'' the company said in a statement.

De Ruiter Staalkabel BV is a distribution company having warehouse and rigging facility.
