TCS selected by Hawaiian Airlines for Comprehensive IT, BPO order

Bangalore, Aug 27 (UNI) Tata Consultancy Services today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with Hawaiian Airlines to provide comprehensive IT, business process outsourcing and infrastructure services.

Through TCS' Global Network Delivery Model, TCS would deliver end-to-end application maintenance and support services to Hawaiian Airlines' core revenue accounting application, an automated passenger revenue accounting system, the Company said in a release here.

The system would aid Hawaiian Airlines through systematized transactions that provide information on sales, refunds, exchanges and other miscellaneous data for key accounting processes. The system would also facilitate recordings of air traffic liability amounts.

As a full service provider, TCS' comprehensive Global Network Delivery Model would enable Hawaiian Airlines to transition with near zero risk, achieve operational efficiencies and realize sustainable cost advantages the release added.
