Next hearing of Ambedkar stadium on Sept 5: HC

Lucknow, Aug 27 (UNI) The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has fixed September 5, as the next date of hearing on a PiL seeking stay on the evacuation of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Stadium here.

A division bench comprising Justices Pradeepkant and Devi Prasad Singh passed the order while, hearing a petition filed by Om Prakash Yadav.

Besides, Additional Advocate General was asked to file an affidavit in the court and explain the compliance of orders on the next hearing.

Representing the state government, Additional Advocate General Jaideep Narayan presented his affidavit for compliance of orders, but he was asked by the court to submit the fullcompliance orders on the next hearing.
