Hawaiian Airlines selects TCS for IT, BPO order

Bangalore, Aug 27 (UNI) Tata Consultancy Services today announced it had signed a multi-year contract with Hawaiian Airlines to provide comprehensive IT, business process outsourcing and infrastructure services.

Through its Global Network Delivery Model, TCS would deliver end-to-end application maintenance and support services to Hawaiian Airlines' core revenue accounting application, the company said in a release here.

The system would aid Hawaiian Airlines through systematized transactions that provide information on sales, refunds, exchanges and other miscellaneous data for key accounting processes. It would also facilitate recordings of air traffic liability amounts.

The comprehensive Global Network Delivery Model would enable Hawaiian Airlines to make the transition with near zero risk, achieve operational efficiencies and realise sustainable cost advantages, it added.
