Eltex Super Castings to merge with Kovilpatti Lakshmi

New Delhi, Aug 27 (UNI) Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd today said the Madras High Court have approved the merger of Eltex Super Castings Ltd (ELTEX) with itself.

The shareholders holding shares as on September 20, 2007 in Eltex Super Castings Ltd will be entitled to get one shares in the company against 50 shares held by them, a statement said.

The new shares issued would also be eligible for dividend.

The issue will mean that Kovilpatti will have to issue additional 19,598 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of Eltex Super Castings Ltd (ELTEX).

UNI
