Call rates opens at 6.25-6.30 per cent

Mumbai Aug 27 (UNI) Call money rates opened steady at 6.25-6.30 per cent today.

The short-term interest rates have been hovering around 6.20-6.30 per cent since the last couple of days on account of limited demand for funds, dealers said and added that around seven thousand crores will go out of the system today which will keep liquidity at ease.

Call rates are expected to be range bound on account of ample liquidity in the system, analysts said.
