Ranchi, Aug 26 (UNI) Amid rife speculation over change in state's leadership, former Union Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha supremo Sibu Soren today made it clear that Mr Madhu Koda will remain the Chief Minister of the state.

Talking to mediapersons at the Birsa Munda airport before leaving for Jamshedpur, Mr Soren said being the Chief Minister was not his priority.

''Fulfiling the expectations of about 3 crore people of state was more important than being the CM '' Mr Soren said.

Mr Koda just after the release of Mr Soren from Dumka Central jail had said that he would leave the chair for the latter if he so wishes so.

Speaking about the performance of Koda government JMM supremo said he would hold a meeting with other UPA leaders to review the functioning of state government.

Mr Soren said the state government should also fulfil the dreams of people who fought and sacrificed their lives for Jharkhand as a separate state.

Refering to Jamshedpur Loksabha bypoll Mr Soren said victory of Suman Mahto, party's candidate and wife of slain MP Sunil Mahto was definite and sacrifice of Mr Mahto would not go waste.
