The mobile bomb was planted by militants to target VIPs staying in the Dak Bunglow (Circuit House), sources said, adding it shows terrorist are now using latest dimensions and in this case, blasts can be triggered by just a call.
Sources further said a grenade and a detonator were also connected to the ied to increase its capacity. Later an Army Road Opening Party (ROP) defused the IED, sources added.
