Women election workers in Muslim dominated booths

Farrukhabad, Aug 24 (UNI) Women election workers would be deployed in Muslim dominated polling booths for the Farrukhabad Assembly bypoll slated on August 31 for the identification of burqa-clad female electorate from the minority community.

Official sources said these women election workers would be imparted poll related training tomorrow.

Meanwhile, August 31 has been declared a public holiday in the district in wake of the poll.
