Shift army training camps out of residential areas: Lal Singh

New Delhi, Aug 24 (UNI) Mr Lal Singh (Cong) today demanded in the Lok Sabha that army training camps in Jammu and Kashmir should be shifted to places where no one lived.

Raising the issue during zero hour, he said many people in 25 villages in Rattanpur Sarada area had lost their hearing due to the deafening noise arising from firings and explosions.

Three children were killed when they were playing with a bomb, apparently left behind by the army, he said.
