Property fair in TN capital begins Sept 1

Chennai, Aug 24: "Builderz.com", a two-day property fair, targetting the elite, including big corporates, will be organised here on September one and two.

The event would be held in a five star hotel for the first time, Mr R Muralidharan, Branch Manager, I-Team-X Solutions, the organiser of the fair, told newsmen here today.

As many as 25 reputed "A" class builders would have stalls in the fair and display their ongoing projects. The big names included L and T, Arun Excello, Puravankara, Hiranandani, Hirco, Headway Properties, Green House Promoters, Ace International Relators Private Limited, V.Happy Homes, KBA Engineering, Naveen Hi-Tech and Olive Beach Promoters among others.

Renowned Singer Anuradha Sriram will inaugurate the property fair.

Considering the expo was targetted at elite group, the entry was limited to big clubs and association members, IT companies and leading corporate employees.

"We have distributed about two lakh invitations to corporates, IT companies, banks and clubs. We expect at lest 10,000 to 20,000 visitors during the event,'' Mr Muralidharan added.

At the press conference, Ms Sriram, as a noble gesture, made donations to Anbu Karangal, an NGO taking care of orphans.
