Jodhpur police team to leave for Mumbai to arrest Salman Khan

Jodhpur, Aug 24 (UNI) After the District and Sessions court today upheld the five year jail term, handed over to Bollywood heart-throb Salman Khan by the lower court in the chinkara poaching case, the police here have initiated steps to arrest the actor.

District Police Superintendent (City) Hawasingh Ghumaria said the police have received the court order and the non-bailable warrant issued against the film star this evening.

He said executing the court orders a police team will be sent to Mumbai to arrest Salman Khan.
