Abhishek sweeps media in Delhi off their feet
New Delhi, Aug 24 (UNI) A jestful and charming Abhishek Bachchan greeted media with his witty repartees, evoking cheers from the journalists gathered to have a tete-e-tete with the superstar in the capital last night.
Gracing the launch of 'Razr2', the mobile device by Motorola, the junior Bachchan, who was once reticent and 'media shy', gave confident and jestful replies to queries surrounding his personal life.
On being asked whether he being the brand ambassador for Motorola phones used the product himself, the actor said, ''I don't endorse a product if I do not use it.'' Infact, my first mobile was from Motorola, he said.
''I feel if you endorse a product, you need to believe in it otherwise it amounts to cheating the customers who buy the product after watching the ad.'' While talking about the new 'Razr2' series by the brand, he said it had managed to put the entire world in a 22 mm phone. ''Secondly, it is extremely slim, something I wish I could say about myself,'' Abhishek quipped.
Asked
whether
working
in
films
was
tougher
than
doing
ads,
he
said,
''doing
a
feature
film
is
definitely
tougher.
An
ad
film
requires
you
to
act
for
just
two
minutes.
Feature
films
are
a
lot
more
tough
and
challenging.
An
added
bonus
is
that
you
have
an
opportunity
to
work
with
good
looking
co-stars.''
Asked
whether
he
had
gifted
a
Motorola
phone
to
his
better
half,
Abhishek
quipped,''If
you
are
married,
you
would
know
that
before
using
a
product
yourself,
you
have
to
gift
to
your
wife
first.
This
is
something
that
one
learns
with
experience.''
