Vikas WSP's share to be re-listed at BSE

Mumbai, Aug 23: Trading in the shares of Vikas WSP Limited (VWL), which was suspended in 2001 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), will commence from August 27.

Addressing a press conference, Vikas WSP managing director B D Agarwal said various agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), inquiring into allegations against the company, have given it a clean chit and have found nothing wrong in its functioning.

The shares of Rs 10 each were hovering at around Rs 1500 in the market when they were de-listed by the authorities due to pending investigations against the company, Mr Agarwal said.

The company which is listed on the BSE, now plans listig on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mr Agarwal said.
