Police seeks custody of Sub-jail inmate

Dharwad, Aug 23 (UNI) Police filed an appeal in a local court here today seeking custody of a sub-jail inmate Hebbatta Manja, from whom the police recovered live bullets and cash during a raid in the jail.

The appeal was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate.

Meanwhile, the police today conducted another raid in the sub-jail and recovered three mobile phones from the jail inmates.
