Orissa to prepare civil township in Kalinga Nagar

Bhubaneswar, Aug 23 (UNI) The state owned Industrial Developmental Corporation(IDCO) in association with a private company will prepare a comprehensive development project to construct a civil township close to the Kalinga Nagar Industrial area.

Orissa Chief Secretary Ajit Kumar Tripathy who presided over the Single Window Committee meeting to clear several projects in the steel, power, cement and aluminium sectors, later told newsmen that the Dastur Company appointed by the government had submitted its report on the area of land and quantity of water required for setting up of plant by various companies.

He said for the smooth acquisition of land henceforth the IDCOL would acquire land and handover them on the recommendation of the IPICOL.
