ICSA bags order worth Rs 18.60 crore

Hyderabad, Aug 23 (UNI) The Hyderabad-based ICSA (India) Limited, an embedded technology and electrical infrastructure solutions provider for the power, oil and gas sectors, has bagged orders worth Rs 18.60 crore from Indore-based company for new power lines in Ujjain region on turnkey basis.

Informing the stock exchanges today, that its Board of Directors will meet on August 27 to consider the audited annual results of the financial year 2007 and the rate of final dividend to be declared, the company said it would take a decision regarding the dividend to be declared and consider the splitting of stocks, according to a company release.

ICSA (India) Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 18.60 crore from M P Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co Ltd, Indore for Design, Manufacture, Testing and Supply of Materials and Construction of 33/11 KV sub-stations, new 11KV&33KV Power Lines and augmentation of PTs in various locations of Ujjain region on turnkey basis.

The company saw the total revenue for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, up 305 per cent year on year to Rs 330.18 crore from Rs 81.35 crore in the previous year.

The company's profit after tax (PAT) was up 322 per cent YoY, to Rs 63.66 crore from Rs 15.08 crore last year.

Basic Earnings per Share (EPS) was Rs 96.46 per share, from the previous fiscal's Rs 25.37 per share.
