Four killed and 7 injured in kashmir
Srinagar, Aug 23 (UNI) Three persons were killed and seven others wounded in a road accident, while body of one person was recovered in the Kashmir valley overnight, a police spokesman said.
He said a Scorpio on way to Leh from Diskit Nubra skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Khardong about 80 km from Leh.
Three occupants of the vehicle died on the spot and seven others were wounded. The injured were admitted to district hospital Leh.
Spokesman said body of a contractor Abdul Salam Rather was recovered under suspicious circumstances near railway track at Panzgam in South Kashmir district of Pulwama.
