Adivasi sena to take morcha at Parliament on Aug 28
Nashik, Aug 23 (UNI) Akhil Bharitiya Adivasi Sena will take out a morcha to the Parliament on August 28 over various demands.
The morcha has been organised to highlight the failure of the State and Central government in solving various problems such as atrocities against dalits, backward class people, deteriorating law and order situation in the state, crime against women, growing casteism, farmers suicide, unemployemnt and cheating of project affected people.
The morcha will commence from New Delhi railway station terminus at 1000 hrs. and will be led by Akhil Bhartiya Adivasi Sena's founder chief D N Ughade.
On this occasion, memorandum will be given to President, Prime Minister, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar.
The organisation has demanded that grants under the Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, and Sanjay Gandhi schemes be doubled. It has also demanded an inquiry into the alleged corruption in the PMs road scheme.
Allotment of BPL cards to yellow card holders, more foodgrains stock for Maharashtra, and renaming of Dadar Railway station as Chaitya Bhoomi station, are some of the other demands of the organisation.
