5 killed and 25 injured as bus overturns

Bhilwara, Aug 23 (UNI) Five people were killed and over two dozen injured as a private bus overturned under Baneda police station.

Irate villagers later set the bus on fire.

According to police sources, the bus was on its way to Bhilwara from Devli when it skided off the road and overturned at Vamaniya village leading to the death of five passengers and injuring about 25 people. The angry villagers who reached the spot set the bus ablaze.

The injured were admitted at the Mahatma Gandhi government hospital in Bhilwara.
