10 Gujarat talukas receive moderate rains

Gandhinagar, Aug 23 (UNI) Ten talukas in Gujarat experienced moderate rains during the past 24 hours.

According to the emergency response centre of the state meteorological department, Dwarka in Jamnagar district recorded 49 mm rains, while Jamnagar, Abadasa, Mandvi and Naswadi received one inch of rainfall.

Two to three inches of rains were recorded in Sagbara, Gariadhar, Garbada, Matar and Dhandhuka talukas. Sixteen districts remained dry.
