DLF to develop integrated township in Durgapurin, to pump in 4K cr
New Delhi, Aug 22 (UNI) Country's realty major DLF today said it will develop an integrated township at Durgapurin in West Bengal, entailing an investment of Rs 4,000 crore.
The township, to be built on a public-private partnership model in collaboration with the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA), is likley to be completed in the next four years.
Spread over 95 acres, the project comprises co-operative housing plots, houses for all income groups, bungalows, individual plots, along with commercial and retail space, said a statement.
The project is also equipped with a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, card room and an entertainment zone, it added.
The township will have a multiple environment protection measures like solar lights, rain-water harvesting, water recycling, use of waste water for toilet-flushing, irrigating green areas and also a sewage treatment plant.
