Alpa Labs targets Rs 8cr from drug stores in Bihar

New Delhi, Aug 22 (UNI) Indore-based Alpa Laboratories Ltd today said it is targeting a revenue of Rs eight crore from its generic drugs retail outlets in Bihar.

''The company has been allotted 13 locations for setting up generic drugs retail outlets by the Government of Bihar and expects a net profit of about Rs two crore per year from these outlets,'' a statement said.

The company is also looking to expand upon its existing manufacturing business by venturing into drug retailing the statement, added.
