Five feared killed as truck falls in Beas in HP

Mandi, Aug 21 (UNI) Five people, including three children and a woman, were feared killed when a truck fell into Beas river near Pandoh in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh last night.

Those feared dead were identified as driver Mahinder Pal, his wife Babita, their son and daughter and a relative's child, said SP, M Chander Shekhar.

He said divers from Nangal were pressed into service, but so far no body could be recovered.
