TTD plans to develop SVETA into national institute

Tirupati, Aug 20 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer K V Ramanachary today said the TTD was planning to develop Sri Venkateswara Training Academy (SVETA) into a National Institute of Temple Administration (NITA).

Speaking at the concluding session of the Archakas training programme, organised by the TTD and SVETA here, he said the TTD would give training to Archakas on various aspects of temple administration.

The TTD was contemplating to provide training to Archakas of other states, he added.
