One person electrocuted, two children injured in Amreli dist

Rajkot, Aug 20 (UNI) One person was electrocuted and two children were injured when they came in contact with a broken live electric wire in Rajula town of Amreli district.

According to the police, the deceased Ramesh Jivanbhai (48) was standing nearby his cart, when the broken wire fell on him. Two children, Bhavesh Ravji (9) and Kano (8), who were playing nearby also came in contact of the live wire and suffered grave burn injuries yesterday.

Both have been admitted to a local hospital, police added.
