Notice issued to CBI for Aug 22 on bail plea of Sacha Sauda Chief

Chandigarh, Aug 20 (UNI) Justice Surya Kant of Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued a notice for August 22 to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with anticipatory bail sought by Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh in two cases of murder registered against him.

However, Justice L N Mittal of Punjab and Haryana High Court has also issued notice to the CBI for August 28 in connection with the case of alleged rape against Dera chief.
