Electro Constructions acquires more land

Chennai, Aug 20 (UNI) Chennai-based Electro Constructions, a part of the Rs 100 crore Electro Group, today announced acquisition of an additional 15 acres of land on the East Cost Road (ECR) at an investment of Rs ten crore.

The company also launched its second leisure home community - "Little India", a company release here said.

"Little India", comprising 40 aesthetically designed homes, priced in the range of ten to Rs 15 lakh, would cater to the growing market among corporate executives and IT professionals.

The project is scheduled for completion by mid 2008, the release added.
