ATS arrests two suspected Naxals

Mumbai, Aug 20 (UNI) The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the city police arrested two suspected Naxalites with arms and explosives here.

Joint Commissioner of Police K P Raghuvanshi said, ''The two suspects, whose identities are still to be established, were arrested last night from the Govandi area by the ATS.'' ''Arms and explosives, including hand grenades, were seized from the duo including some Naxalite literature,'' he said.

The duo will be produced before a local court tomorrow, he added.
