Ansal to develop township worth \$ 125 mln for IIML

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd today said it has signed two agreements with IL&FS Investment Managers (IIML) to develop two Projects of Township and IT SEZ in Gurgaon, Haryana at an investment worth 125 million dollars.

The township for IIML, the private equity arm of IL&FS, will be constructed spreading over 11 million sq ft of office, residential and office space, said a statement.

The projects is expected to have a turnover of exceeding one billion dollar over the next five to six years.
