Shanvac-B Vaccine completes 10 years

Hyderabad, Aug 19 (UNI) Shantha Biotechnics has unveiled a new logo marking the completion of ten years for the development of indigenous Shanvac-B (r-DNA Hepatitis B Vaccine).

Releasing the logo at a programme organised by the company last night, Shantha Biotechnics MD K Varaprasad Reddy said 'it has been an exciting ten years and we are pleased the vaccine has proven to be such a credible therapy to tackle Hepatitis-B crisis that poses grave concern to humanity across nations.' Stating the company was getting more revenues by exporting the vaccine than in domestic market, he said the company was also planning to expand its business internationally in future.
