Nullify nuclear deal, demands RSS

New Delhi, Aug 19 (UNI) Stating that the Indo-US nuclear deal was not in the interest of the country, the RSS today said it should be opposed by all parties.

RSS General Secretary Madandas Devi in an interview with Panchajanya, the RSS mouthpiece said the Left parties which were opposing the nuclear deal, should take ''the battle to its logical conclusion'', if they were honest in their contention that the agreement was against India's interest.

He said if the Left parties oppose the treaty outside and support the government in Parliament over the issue, ''it would not be honest on their part to do so.'' UNI
