MP Cong probing assault on lecturers

Bhopal, Aug 19 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has appointed observers to probe alleged assault on two lecturers in connection with students' union polls.

''Committee Vice-President Vitthal Bhai Patel and Mr Solomon Prasad will respectively inquire into the attack on Tikamgarh district headquarters' Post-graduate College Principal Shivcharan Chaurasia and a lecturer at St Elysees College, Jabalpur'' Congress state President Subhash Yadav said here today.
