Era to invest Rs 600 crore in realty project

New Delhi, Aug 19 (UNI) Era Landmarks (India) Ltd has said it will invest Rs 600 crore in realty project in Meerut which includes two integrated townships along with a shopping mall and multiplex.

The two townships, Era Aspen Garden and Era Gardenia Estate, will spead over 60 acres each and the first phase will be ready by the first quarter of year 2008, said a company statement.

The company will invest Rs 50 crore to build 'Era Mall' which will be operational by November this year.

It aims to provide the world-class urban shopping experience in the city and will house leading brands along with a three screen multiplex, the statement said.
