Woman stricken with stomach ailment leaps into well

Anand, Aug 17 (UNI) A woman suffering from a severe stomach ailment committed suicide by jumping into a well at Vatra village in Khambhat taluka.

Binaben, 35, wife of Bhailabhai Mangalbhai Thakor, was frustrated as she found no cure for her chronic stomach ailment. She then went to 'Doladia' well in the village and jumped into it last evening.

Police was investigating the matter.

UNI
