MKCG Medical college principal dies in Thailand

Berhampur Aug 17 (UNI)MKCG Medical College and Hospital Principal Prof.Dr.Suraraj Patnaik died of massive heart attack at Bangkok in Thailand yesterday.

Family sources here today said Dr. Patnaik along with two local physicians had been to Bangkok to attend a seminar organized by Nicholas Medicines.

His body is expected to arrive here tomorrow evening. He was 59 and is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.

Dr. Patnaik, an able administrator, assumed charge as Principal MKCG Medical College on April 30, 2006.His demise had sent shock wave among the doctors of the MKCG Medical College and Hospital.
