Land scam case: CBI raids at 12 places in Delhi, NCR
New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) The CBI today conducted raids at 12 places in Delhi and its outskirts in connection with the forged allotment of land meant for slum dwellers in Molarband village in South Delhi.
The agency also arrested one R S Sandhu, the manager of the canteen in the Vidhan Sabha, run by Ashok Malhotra, a contractor and the prime accused in the land scam case, CBI sources said.
The raids were conducted at various places in Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Palwal, after registering a case against six MCD officials, Ashok Malhotra and another private person.
