ICICI Bank Home Loans to organise property exhibition

New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) ICICI Bank Home Loans today started 'Property Maha Utsav', a mega property exhibition and will go on till August 19, 2007 in which top 30 builders of the national capital are participating with more than 4,000 prime properties on display.

The 'Home Utsav' will be open between 1000 hrs and 2000 hrs on all days, a company statement said here.

ICICI Bank will offer spot approvals at attractive rates, which will help people to strike the best deals on homes and home loans at the 'fair'.

To avail 'on the spot' sanction for home loans, a customer should carry the latest salary slip, three months bank statement, Form 16 or GPF statement and a cheque leaf, said Head-ICICI Bank Home Loans Sunil Rohokale in the statement.
