Teenager held for raping younger sister

Nagpur, Aug 16 (UNI) A teenaged boy was today arrested for allegedly raping his younger sister in their hut at Danteshwari, a slum area of the city.

According to police, the boy, identified as Narayan Fagwa Patel (19), forced himself on his 15-year-old sister when there was nobody at home late last night.

The girl, in her complaint, said their parents had gone out when the incident took place, police said. The family is from a poor background and the parents work as labourers.

The police have registered an offence under sections 376, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and arrested Narayan. Both, the boy and the girl had been sent for medical examination, police added.
