Sultanpur prison episode: NSA slapped against 2 accused

Sultanpur, Aug 16 (UNI) Three persons, including two Sultanpur prison clash accused, were today booked under the National Security Act (NSA).

Rajendra Kumar Yadav and Indrajeet Yadav -- accused in the June 25 bloody clash between jail inmates and prison guards -- have had NSA involved against them, Police Superintendent Ajay Kumar Mishra said here.

Several cases of loot and murder were also pending against the duo.

Another accused Jitendra Kumar Verma had already been booked under NSA.

Meanwhile, Shiv Shankar Singh alias Bantu Singh, accused in May 20 murder at village Samerauna in Kurebhar area, was also charged under NSA.
