Mumbai, Aug 16 (UNI) Prices of key seeds ruled better on fresh heavy demand from millers but groundnut, cottonseed and palmolein oils suffered a major setback on sustained heavy offers by stockists in the face of larger stock arrivals, traders at the Bombay Commodity Exchange (BCE) said.
