HM militant surrenders before Rashtriya Rifles in Doda

Jammu, Aug 16 (UNI) A teenaged militant of Hizb-ul Mujahideen (HM) outfit today surrendered before the Rashtriya Rifles (RR) in Bhaderwah area of Doda district.

HM militant Mukhtiyar, 17, laid down his weapons before 26 RR at Thathri in Bhaderwah, Defence spokesman Lt Col S D Goswami told UNI
