Chargesheet against BDO in bribery case

Patna, Aug 16 (UNI) The state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted a chargesheet against a former BDO of Atari block in Gaya district in a bribery case.

The chrgesheet was submitted in the court of special vigilance judge S K Panwar by the bureau under various sections of prevention of Corruption Act.

According to the charges, the accused was arrested while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a person for issuing mutation paper of a peace of land on June 19, 2007.
