Three killed, 14 injured in tanker, tempo, bike collision
Ajmer, Aug 15 (UNI) Three people were killed and 14 others injured today when a tanker, tempo and motorcycle collided here.
According to police, the accident occured in Beawar sub-division on Sedara Road. Beawar Sadr police station incharge Narendra Pratap Singh said a tempo full of passengers was leading the way in front of a motorcycle which was followed by a tanker.
The tempo applied sudden brakes and as a result the motocycle rammed into the tempo. The tanker, trailing the bike, too collided with both the bike and the tempo.
The impact of tanker collision was so great that the tempo fell down the bridge.
Motorcycle passenger Om Prakash and tempo passenger Shobha and another woman, who has not been identified, died while 14 other tempo passengers suffered injuries and have been admitted to Amritkaur hospital in Beawar.
