Mumbai Youth Congress to collect, dispose national flags

Mumbai, Aug 15 (UNI) Mumbai Pradesh Youth Congress (MPYC), along with various voluntary organisations, will collect national flags littered all over the city tomorrow and dispose them off as per the Flag Code of India.

MPYC, in a release here today, said its activists will start the the drive from tomorrow, which will continue for the next few days.
