Punjab: 5 hurt in clash b/n Sacha Sauda followers

Fatehabad, Aug 15: At least five people were injured in a clash between followers of the Dera Sacha Sauda and Sikhs at the Majra road here late this evening.

According to reports, the clash occurred when the Dera Sacha Sauda followers were performing 'naam charcha' and a group of Sikhs, around 200 in number, reached there at about 2115 hrs and started throwing stones on them.

The Dera followers retaliated by pelting stones at the Sikhs.

Police reached the site immediately and used mild force to disperse the clashing groups.
