Five get Lt Gov commendation Certificate on I-Day

Port Blair, Aug 15 (UNI) Five people from different walks of life were honoured with the coveted Lt Governor's Commendation Certificate here on the occasion of Independence Day today.

Dr Shiv Shankar Singh of Andaman's G B Pant hospital, Commandant Rajendra Nath of Indian Coast Guard, Adhikari Peter Roni Tigga of Indian Coast Guard Services, Dr DR Singh, a Scientist of Central Agricultural Research Institute and Y Subramanian, a Head Master of Andaman's Education Department for outstanding contribution in research fields and dedication and devotion to duty.
